You’ve betrayed your customers with cheap 2nd rate toppings, going the way of other big business…offer less for more…”they won’t notice and we’ll laugh all the way to the bank.” I’m not paying for this garbage moving forward. You’ve lost a decades long time customer and I can’t be the only one.

gluten free pizza prepared with special handling. top cheese substitute did not melt but bottom cheese did, on red sauce. My husband enjoyed his regular-style meat pizza. all cheese melted.

I’m done shopping at Papa Murphy’s. The cost has risen and the quality and quantity have dwindled. Virtually every other pizza place is cheaper now and they cook the pizza. Most have considerably more toppings too.

My order was missing toppings (black olives and green onions) it really affected the flavor i wanted. The staff were more interested in talking to each other than the customer that had just walked in the door.

We've been ordering from here for about 20 years. Service has been up and down based on managers and staff. I have to place this review today. Placed my order online as usual so I don't have you deal with the staff. You never knows what you'll get. So, my 4 yo granddaughter wanted Canadian Bacon on her mini one. Made sense to order the mini pepperoni then exchange for some CB. I called right after ordering and spoke with a young girl whom I explained what I wanted. She told me that she would have to charge me extra because CB is a "high end" meat. I again explained that I just wanted to swap out the pepperoni for a couple slices of CB.
