From ordering online to pick up, I only ever had good experiences with no issues what so ever. The pizzas we order (we order monthly) are always exactly what we requested and the service is great. I love how very clean the inside of the store for orders and pick is!

Employees are polite. Service is pretty quick. The product is solid and predictable - we always get what we expect.
I tell ya, these employees are "Rock Stars '. I mean think about all the people in "Our Little Town" who enjoy Papas! Now who can guess the number of pizzas eaten in a week. Great customer service. I called it all in and was given a very accurate wait time, it was ready when I came in 20 mins after. I’m was excited to try the keto friendly pizza and it did not let me down! I ate some before even cooking it! Resembles lasagna but keto friendly. Very impressed with all the available toppings such as sun dried tomatoes and garlic!
