Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered online and food was ready to pick up on time, as ordered. I've always been a fan of the Papa Murphy's model but it doesn't seem like the bake at home aspect really saves much, if any, money. I do find though that the toppings always seem fresher than other places, and they have a lot of options. The home bake containers that they have are great and instructions are both simple and perfected. Everything turned out great. I am not a fan of the garlic sauce, the flavor was pure ranch with some garlic added and I was expecting more of a parmesan base. I love the fact that they do the trays with just toppings and sauce. I know other places do it too but really everyone should offer it. Tried the cinnamon swirl and it was mediocre. But everything else was great. Like I said, always more

Great pizza! I feel like whoever has been managing or working. There has really improved the store in the last five months! The quality of the pizza is better seems more fresh and when I look at the countertop space behind the glass it's extremely clean. Whoever the lady is that works there with the long hair and braided with some grey in it very helpful and nice to her team members. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be a regular customer here again.

I went here for the first time the other day and the customer service was one of the worst experiences I have ever had! The guy working there was so rude. I wasn’t sure what to order and I called the pizza I wanted the wrong thing, I told him it was my first time in the store. He literally started yelling at me then smarted off that the pizzas were not cooked either. It was absolutely humiliating! The food wasn’t even that good. I will never go back there again, and will definitely warn all my friends, family, coworkers and literally everyone not to go here. Just in case the owner sees this review, I didn’t catch the guys name but he had a big long beard. Hope this feedback helps.

My 1st experience having Papa Murphys. Ordering online was easy, the staff in person were great, the unbaked pizza looked delicious, price was great, it baked great, but the flavor was weird, had a chemical taste. I don't think I'll be going back

I’ve never had Papa Murphy’s before and didn’t really know what to expect with a “Take N Bake” style, but WOW was I pleasantly surprised. I ordered a large original crust with creamy red sauce, mozzarella + topping cheese, pepperoni, and artichoke hearts. It was quite literally the greatest pizza I’ve ever tried in my life. I will be back!!
