Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic! The person helping us was so kind and thoughtful it made our day! We also love how Papa Murphy's has dairy free options. Overall great experience! We don't live near this location but we may have to come back to Maple Grove just for the Papa Murphy's pizza. :)

Love Papa Murphy’s pizza, but the service feels so spotty. *ordered ahead* Showed up, order nowhere to be found; no customers other than me in store. Employee “oh, I’ll get working on that for you now”. Legit question - what is the point of ordering ahead if they won’t make it until you arrive? I ordered ahead because I didn’t want to sit here and wait for my order. Pleaseeeee make orders when they come in, you’re asking to make customers frustrated by having to still wait when you don’t have to. This is coming from someone who worked at a Papa Murphys for 6 years. The pizza should take 60 seconds to make, not 5 minutes when there’s no other orders.

Typically all is good with my orders but this order was not. Asked for green olives instead of black on order, realized after I got it home, so that was missed. Asked for extra pizza sauce and there was hardly any sauce on the pizza. That was missed. On a pan pizza with almost no sauce, it was like eating dough with the toppings. Not happy.

Ordering is easy. They create your pizza quickly. Baking is easy. And the quality is always perfect.

Such nice staff and amazing pizza! We tried the double bacon cheddar and it was sooooo good! The cheese sauce they use is superb! We also love the mini Murphy’s that the kids can make!
