I called for the 2nd time in 2 months to order a pizza for pick-up and sat on hold for 5 minutes again without anyone ever returning to take my order. LOVE the pizza, but won't be back. Seriously? You ask me to provide "additional information" and in order to do that I have to accept marketing emails? Do better! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Don't solicit feedback, then ignore it. Don't waste customer time, energy.
I can always expect friendly and professional service from Papa Murphy's team members. I especially appreciate that staff always has my online pick-up order ready and waiting even when I arrive earlier than specified for pick-up.
The girl who open store was friendly and greeted with a smile. After receiving pizza thanked me and told me have a great day. Great customer service.
These pizzas are really good! Ordering is very fast.
