The food is great. However, we did an advanced 6 PM pick up, got there on time, the person of register said it was in the oven and would be 7-10 min and then just disappeared and never came back. A different employee from the back had to take care of the register and the many people who had come in and were being ignored. We ended up waiting to get out pizza in store for almost 30 min.
Best pizza delivery experience of my life. I had a large order they got here in 20 minutes with delicious, reasonably priced food. A welcome addition to the city!
Have not tried yet but people need to get over the "no gloves" thing. Most places do not wear gloves because gloves can cause cross-contamination and they follow handwashing procedures instead. If you're truly grossed out by it, you probably shouldn't be eating out anywhere.
The amount of places that don't wear hairnets when around food is out of control. Any of you working with the food should be wearing HAIRNETS! Nobody wants to find a gross hair or beard hair. You should really consider that.
Good food, but be prepared to spend a lot as the menus don't have prices!
