Extremely rude woman working today On Monday, June 2 at 11:30 AM. Threatened to have me banned because I brought in a different Delivery bag than she was expecting. Delivery drivers are potential customers too, We’re the ones who prep the food for customers so treating us badly does not help anyone. And I have an extremely bad impression of this location and would never recommend getting pizza from here
Order was ready quickly. Great service. Andriana was super friendly and great customer service. Definitely will come back!
I TRIED PICKING UP A DOORDASH ON 1/24/26. THE WHITE MANAGER LIED AND SAID THE ORDER WAS PICKED UP. AS HE PROCEEDED TO REMAKE THE ORDER, I CALLED DOORDASH TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, AS INSTRUCTED. THEN, THE MANAGER LIED AND SAID HE WOULDNT REMAKE THE ORDER ALTHOUGH IT WAS COMING OUT OF THE OVEN. IT WAS 6 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND SNOWING. HE THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY TO SET UP A BLACK WOMAN AND HES LATINO COWORKER. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS AGAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY RACIST.
Well done. The gentleman at the counter was amazing and the crew loved the pizza.
Wow! We did not expect to have such a great experience at a chain pizza joint at midnight but here we are. Adriana helped my mother and I with a smile on her face. We could tell she truly enjoyed her job, which is hard to come by these days. Great job Adriana, thanks for the excellent pie!
