Papa Johns Pizza

Some nights don't go as planned. This is my go-to spot for a late dinner mid-week. Tom is always there single-handedly keeping this placing going. And he does it with a good attitude. Give that guy a raise. I hope the owners realize he's the entire business when I'm around.

!4! YEARS is how long I haven't ate pizza from papa John's in stevensville, mi. Nothing crazy had happened, although I thought it was crazy how I could consistently get terrible pizza from there.... UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT? I decided to try again, after reading some reviews... it was GREAT! thank you, papa John's! You have earned my business back by simply doing your jobs, and making pizza that's now delicious again. I hope they keep it together, I love 🍕

Very good taste and quality! Although the location offers only pickup (no dine-in), the service was commendable. I once received a pizza with the wrong toppings, but when I called the store, the manager quickly acknowledged the mistake and offered a free replacement with the correct toppings — great customer service! Prices are competitive, and they frequently have good deals. Overall, a solid choice for a satisfying pizza night.

I’ve never had a problem with this Papa Johns until tonight and the issue is not necessarily the food but the poor management. I placed a delivery order and the driver was awesome however he forgot my 2 liter drink. With it being almost closing time, I decided to call and see I could just be refunded for it or if the driver could bring it back at all. I called and let the manager named Tom know that I didn’t get my drink. Before I could say anything else he was instantly was super rude saying “Yeah it’s gonna be a while before he comes back there and I gotta go” and hung up on me. I was in disbelief to see such poor customer service!! Ended up going in to pick up my drink instead of waiting since I wasn’t given an approximate time frame on how long it would be and asked the guy inside if i
