Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with banana peppers, black olives and onions. They piled on the banana peppers, they sprinkled a few old black olives on it and I got a hunk of onion that looked like they picked out of the garbage. The pepperoni were few and far between. It was a big disappointment.

OK, so I'm getting really tired of paying for extra sauce, peppers, etc. and not getting them. Not there, not there, and not there. So do I only get my $45 dollars worth if I do pick up and can check it there?

I ordered two Papadilias; one Italian one Philly cheese. They were both overcooked and hard. I also ordered a large 'The Works' pizza. There was very little meat on the pizza. There were a few pepperoni scattered on the pizza and a few pieces of sausage spinkled here and there. There seemed to be too much crust; meaning it appeared that there was about two inches of edge crust that wasn't covered with toppings or sauce. When I went in to pick up my order, the young lady at the counter was extremely friendly and the interior of the restaurant was very clean. The overall taste of the items was good; it was just the hard crust on the Papadilias and haphazard construction of the pizza that made them unsatisfactory. Pizza was great, but there was only 1 employee at 8:30 pm. That 1 employee was incredibly rude when I asked a rough estimate on how long till my order would be ready. I only wanted to see if I had time to run to the store to grab drinks while I waited. After waiting 1 hour rather than the quoted time of 15 min, i finally got my food, with a ‘oh yours has been ready for a little while now, I thought I called your name… do better Papa John’s, do better!

The best pizza we have EVER had!!! We were so impressed!!! Very first time we ever tried Papa Johns. We gave the service 5 stars eventhough it took awhile longer, but, it was worth the wait! I know they were so busy, Friday night, and there were only three ladies working, so people should take that into consideration before getting all out of control and yelling at these hard working ladies. Plus, it was sooo worth the wait. Thank you. We WILL be back!!
