Papa Johns Pizza

Our Pizza came 40 minutes late after already being a 70 minute ETA, barely warmer than room temperature even though we live less than 10 minutes from the location. They delivered the wrong type of pizza, this crust is significantly smaller than what we ordered.

Walked in to do a carryout order and asked if they had any deals for carryout. 5 employees standing there doing nothing and the "manager" snickered and said I had to order online to get any deal. I said "are you serious?" Manager said yes and all 5 employees were smiling so I turned around and walked out. This place is definitely going out of business. Saddest thing I've ever seen. I feel sorry for the owner. Never Again will I step foot in there. Good luck.

So was walking by the store saw the sign and went in to order it and they said you can not get the deal unless you place it online. You should not has a sign up with a price they you can not honor it is false advertising

Had an issue about the pizza being burnt. Employee was very nice about the issue but we did decide to escalate to the manager to see other options. Manager was horrible and had a very bad attitude. Honestly for such a simple issue of burnt pizza he acted quite childish. If you ever have any issues about their pizza, don’t talk to the manager and probably just avoid this place altogether.

Jason and Lauren are the best workers I’ve ever seen in Papa John’s or any other pizza place, bar none! It’s not even close. Highly recommend this location!
