Papa Johns Pizza

My team had done a great job for the week, so I wanted to reward them with lunch. Papa Johns just happened to have their grand-opening today, so I decided we would give them a try. I ordered 4 pizzas, 2 orders of cheesy breadsticks, 2 orders of boneless garlic parm wings, and 2 2-liters of soda. The total cost was $63 - which is a great deal! We were given an estimated carryout time of about twenty minutes or so from the time of ordering. When we got there, we were greeted with several smiling faces. In fact, every person in that building gave us an overwhelming, "welcome." They gave GREAT customer service from the beginning of the transaction to the end. This was a delivery order. The ordering and delivery were fine until the driver delivered it to my door without a hot bag and I could tell as the pizza was luke warm at best. Also, I ordered a medium which is usually about a 12" pizza, when I opened the box, it looked like a 10" pizza. I understand the Norwalk store is new, so hopefully it does get better. My first time there it Took over an hour to cook a pepperoni pizza. I came in on the phone and one of the employees started rudely shushing me. I will not be coming back to this place. The second time i showed up the manager was extremely condescending and rude. I would not come here even if it was the last pizza place in the world. Horrible food and horrible employees. An awful company.

Wanted to order but I couldn’t understand the guy on the phone, strong accent. They couldn’t tell me the specials, said when I order they’ll just put them on there (rude). Then they wanted me to do a survey. Deff not for quick order and get service. Seems like big corporate type shop. Deff not for helping the community. When driving by employees were just leaning on the pizza prep tables. Not for me.

Very kind employee's but the food wasn't very good. Bland & flavorless crust. There are too many options locally that are far better for us to consider this again. Had a 50% off coupon even with that it was 35$ for 2 pizzas, chicken poppers things & cinnamon pullaparts. Value isn't there either.
