Papa Johns Pizza

Unbelievable !!! I ordered a pizza for delivery. Paid online with a tip like I always do. The driver drives up my concrete driveway and puts our pizza on the patio chair (Did Not Ring My Door Bell) and gets back in his car and does a 4 point turn off of my concrete driveway on to my Grass and leaves. I only knew because of my Ring cameras. I called the store and the lady said… ooh sorry we use DOOR DASH then hung up the phone… I will be sharing my Ring camera video footage on all Social media. Just unbelievable!

Guys the store owner can be in trouble for being extremely rude for not going by Papa John's standards. So they will send somebody there if you call the corporate office give them the store number tell them . Keep calling make complaints. They'll call that 10 times or more if the owner does not pick up. They will be a breach of contract and highly possible shut down that Papa John's. If the attitude is the nastiest damn thing on the other side of the counter in Mount Olive, I suggest keep calling corporate look up store number on the building or your smartphone.

The last 2 times we have ordered Papa John’s from this store it’s been a nightmare. The first one, we waited for well over an hour for, just to call them and be told “we don’t have drivers” why did you wait an hour to tell us that?! No answer. We had them refund the total cost and had to find something else on the fly at 10pm thanks to the lack of communication. This last and most recent delivery…..Maybe the got someone new working the dough but, all the crust was wrong. Original is supposed to be thick and puffy, we got thin and delaptated. The bottom of the pizza was also way too thin, we didn’t order NY style pizza here. Then the delivery part was a mess. The driver didn’t speak a lick of English, drove by the house twice with my wife out there trying to flag him down, he called her an

Stood in the store for over 20 minutes. Only one person back there with 5 other people waiting and didn't even talk to us once. Spent more time folding boxes and texting on the phone than cooking. The order ended up being over 30 minutes later than promised.

Order was incorrect. Ordered bacon cheese sticks and got cheese sticks with a smattering of bacon fat. Nothing even close to what is advertised. Called to address incorrect order and was told that I had to pay for it. Crappy customer service and dishonest service. Supposed manager was lying to me about order. Do not recommend this company. If the owner actually cares about customer service then he should contact me. Doubt he will
