Papa Johns Pizza

Came in when my online order was ready. Was greeted to loud vacuum from who would i assume on the manger based on age. Him and his other employee continued to clean snd use there shop vacuum (extremely loud) and look up and ignore me. My order is sitting behind the counter just waiting. Then when finally serviced she couldn't hear me because no had an sense to turn off the vacuum when a customer was in the store so they dont have to yell over the loud vacuuming. Rude atmosphere, more concerned with closing hours before they actually close then helping a customer.

Can't say anything negative about it. It's exactly as you would expect. I only have it about once or twice a year. It definitely beats out it's main chain pizza rivals for freshness and flavor.

Arrived for a mobile order and no one around in the store. One employee comes out and looks at the computer then says they're working on it but they actually hadn't started it yet. I asked if they knew how long it would be so I could just wait in the car rather than in store and they replied "like I said, I'm working on it..." Honestly would be totally okay with the slow speed as I've nothing else going on today but would be nice to be spoken to like I'm not being a total nuisance to them for simply asking a question. I get it people don't all like their jobs or they have a bad day but is it really that hard to give a paying customer 2 seconds and a smile? 4star for food but -5 for customer service tbh.

Great stuff crust pizza and Parmesan crusted Papadia! Not too much sauce ever. Hot and ready under 20 minutes. Usually. Ours got delayed because the online app didn’t process the order correctly. It’s the best pizza around.

Ordered online for pickup, arrived stood inside probably close to 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. There were 3 employees working. Pizza was very poorly made. Huge bubble in middle, very little toppings. Papadias had minimal stuffing and was burnt. Employee who finally acknowledged me seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. We stopped going to this location 5 years ago due to this type of service and poor food quality, but thought we would give it another try. Will not make the mistake again, won't be going back.
