Papa Johns Pizza

First of all, can y'all see these pictures? That alone is enough but I must go on. When I went in to get my order, the “gentleman” working said NOTHING just grabbed my boxes and handed them to me. I said thank you have a good night and guess what? Not the first word. Whatever. Once I got to the car I realized I didn’t get my 2 liter of soda so go back in and same guy with personality of a rock says: all that’s in the fridge is what we have (ordered mt dew) and all that was in there was root beer. Used to love Papa John’s but this was a 0/5 star experience. Will be contacting corporate considering I spent $34 to feed my family for dinner and lunch the next day just for everything (minus the cookie) go into the trash. Absolutely disgusting. I order an ultimate garlic stuffed crust with cheese well done and a cookie and paid 40 something dollars after leaving a 20% tip. Only to get a sloppy soggy undercooked mess that was completely inedible! As soon as I grabbed the box from the delivery driver I knew something wasn’t right. The box was damp and saggy. Once I opened the lukewarm box I noticed the cheese was suck to the top. The pizza looked like it was flipped upside down; all the sauce and cheese was sloshed to one side pouring into the corners of the box itself. The pizza was doughy, wet and barely warm. Used online app for 2 take out and was 8 bucks each. Quick making, quick ready time and we're staying at Hampton Inn so close by. The check out associate offered plates and napkins which I felt was special considering she didn't know we live here and happen to be staying at the hotel. Great service with a smile and super kind. Pizza is alright as usual and I believe that following the app messages sent to my cell for the making, baking, almost done and ready with estimate time has been the best yet for being about 2 minutes from here, grabbing the pizza, getting it back it was warm and not manufactured tasting like paste and odd cheese melt like wax when i'ts been delivered. Absolute horrible service. Lady asked who my order was for just to make me wait 15 minutes just to tell me after I asked again that she basically wasn't gonna make my order. Employees immediately began hollering and cussing at me in a very threatening way. Lady I'm charge with the really thick eyebrows was very aggressive and basically refused to put any effort in. Will be contacting corporate manayand whoever else I need to ensure this issue is taken care of.

Manager has a poor attitude seemed like he was more interested in getting our order to get us out of there.
