I ordered a veggie pizza for carry out. It was ready in about 12 minutes which I thought was too quick. Sure enough the middle was very soggy and the pizza was flimsy. The veggies were chopped thickly and were hard. 👎
This is a hard one for me because I love Papa John’s. I ordered a pizza today to matter fact. And one of the was supposed to be half cheese and the other half pepperoni and jalapeño. Whe th pizza came n we opened it it had jalapeño on the whole thing the reason I got half cheese was cause my grandson is a picky eater. I called the restaurant spoke to an employee who was very nice then to a manager who got on the phone and right away corrected the wrong for me and said she was gonna redo the pizza and send me out another one so I’m pretty sure she checked the order on the computer through the app that I sent The order in through and said she was gonna make another one and send it out to me. I thanked her so much and hung up the phone. Five minutes later I get a call from a different employe
Pizza is very doughy. Even after requesting a well done, you're still biting into extra dough.
Our pizza is great *every* time! They're knocking it out of the park!
Ask for the pizza to be browned well..never was. They don't pay attention to the customer
