Osvaldo into his coworker even though they were swamped tonight didn't forget about having great customer service they made me feel welcome and make sure I had a hot pizza just like I ordered no surprises when I got home these guys deserve a raise promotion whatever the corporate headquarters could do for him they deserve to be recognized I know that!! Good work guys...

Closest Papa John's from home. And conveniently close to Stater Brothers. There are no tables here, you just order, pick up and go.

One problem I have with this Papa Johns is that most things are not priced on their menu. Even on the receipt. You have NO idea how much each item cost you. ARGH! Dont know if all of Papa John's do this.

We’ve been getting our pizza from this location (El Toro Rd in Lake Forest, CA) for a few years and they’re great! We’re vegan so we get no cheese and extra sauce and the pizzas are always made to order. We request an extra marinara sauce instead of the garlic dip and the staff always does it so we really appreciate their customer service. Orders are always ready on time! Thank you for your great service!

This is a painful review to write. I have been a customer of the Papa John's Rancho Santa Margarita location for many years. Due to poor handwashing practices, I stopped going to this location and started visiting the Papa John's on El Toro Rd (where this review is posted). Customer Service is fantastic and my pizza is typically made exactly how I order. On one occasion, I saw a live cockroach walk across the floor and crawl up the wall on the right side near the drink refrigerator. I pointed it out to the manager on duty who told me it must have walked in from outside. This caused me to stop going to this location for 4 months or so.
