Papa Johns Pizza

I placed an online order tonight at the Immokelee Florida location. I have been a general manager for papa johns in Sandusky, Ohio for almost 10 years. I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni jalapeño, half pepperoni green pepper and an order of garlic knots. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I was told they could not make neither garlic knots or bread sticks. Now help me with this logic….. breadsticks are made with a large dough ball….. garlic knots are made with a small dough ball nothing extra, you stretch the dough out cut it and place it in the oven. How can you make a large pizza but not bread sticks. How can you not make garlic knots? Coming from a location that does a million dollars a year and has ran out of dough I can not wrap my head around your logic. Then even if you did not

I ordered a large pizza and garlic knots online. I got there and they said they were out of garlic knots, so I asked if they could make breadsticks they also told me they were out of those to. Coming from a former papa John’s employee that has been working at a papa John’s in another location for a couple years. breadsticks are made out of large dough. They were able to make my large pizza which means they should have been able to make the breadsticks. Unprofessional and lazy what a joke🤦🏼‍♀️

Worst pizza I have had, burned with nice black edges, so burned cheese was dried and pepperoni where crispy. Took over 1 hour 30mins to get my pizza, once arrived it was not cut into slices, it’s was cold and the drink was warm. How hard is it to make pizza? You are in the pizza business if you can’t make a decent not burnt pizza please shut down. Why stay open and sell garbage.

Ordered a supreme came to pick up the pizza and got an excuse no onion mushrooms and green peppers available but still paid for supreme. Pepperoni pizza was good though.

I drove 13 hours from NC and ordered a pizza. Didn't know pepperoni sausage and bacon pizza come with a chicken bone I bit into. Worst service ever. Would love to speak with corporate. Called to let them know and kept me on hold for 10 mins.
