Papa Johns Pizza

I love Papa Johns, but this location's quality has been awful lately. Sauce and Cheese missing from areas of the pizza and cheesy bread. Over cooked making the crust and bread sticks hard, the cheese is slightly burnt, the pizza is dry, and some pieces tasted burnt in spots. I have ordered from this location for over 20 years and it used to be great, but the last 3 times the quality is just not there.

Great location, always great service and good food but tonight I got home and my cheese sticks had a large circle missing cheese. A bit disappointing

Wonderful customer service food was good. Driver was nice and clear delivered on time and quickly and didn't have to make me do a whole bunch of lot of stuff like ordering it on online and making it difficult on calling multiple places they just could call online pay with cash and make it done within 5 minutes I approve and everyone should go to Papa, John's..

We placed an order for two pizzas. Once of the orders specified to have extra sauce on it, because it was cheese less. This order did not have extra sauce so it's very dry. When opening the box for the pepperoni pizza one of the extra garlic butters was put on the top of the pizza. Since this was an online order we were notified of the progress steps. We live at most 6 minutes from the restaurant, yet it took over half an hour for our pizzas to make it to our home. I hate to say this, but I regret the cash tip we left, because I'm honestly not sure that the service we recieved was worthy of one. EDIT. I called and spoke with the manager to resolve the issue. He was very polite and compensated us for the issues.
