Papa Johns Pizza

I inadvertently ordered from the wrong Papa John’s and went to the Warrenton location to pick it up. I didn’t realize I had done this until they told me I didn’t have an order. I looked and realized my mistake and asked if there was anything I could do. They said no and turned me away. I called the Haymarket store to let them know that I wouldn’t be able to get it and to donate it. The manager was super nice and credited my card back without me even asking so kudos the them and a lesson in what good customer service is to the Warrenton location.

I think this location went through some changes. Haven’t gone in awhile because my last visit wasn’t very good. Apparently I didn’t even do a review. This time was a lot better. Food was fresh and hot. Service was friendly. I always carryout, believe something is always off when you get delivery, with any business. I’ll be back to try this location again. Definitely better than they have been. Keep it up.

This is one the best papa John’s and the most consistent I have ever gone to. I don’t know what her name, but the older lady(manager) needs a raise. She runs everyone magnificently and participates in all the tasks to keeps them running great.

Entered the store and didn’t even get recognized while the lady played with the boxes on the heat rack for several minutes. Had to call them out to hand me my pizza that was ready. Worst pizza I have gotten from this place tonight. NY style pizza didn’t have enough sauce and not enough cheese to cover the sauce. The cheese sticks were the same in lacking enough cheese to even cover the bread. Saving a few cents of ingredients caused me to never come back to this place.
