If you think all pizza places are the same, you haven’t been to the Harrison Papa John’s especially at night. This spot comes alive after dark, and the reason is Jimmy, The Closer. Carry out king 👑 Jimmy isn’t just the night man; he’s a one-man show. Every order, every call, every customer interaction he handles it like a pro, with a smile and a work ethic that reminds me of the old days when service truly mattered. Jimmy treats every customer like a king, making sure your pizza comes out perfect, hot, and exactly how you want it. Walking into this Papa John’s at night feels like a throwback to when hard work, pride, and attention to detail were non-negotiable. Scheduled 4 pizzas for pick up at 6pm. Arrived at 5:58pm, was told they were still in the prep line and it would be 15 minutes. Took the worker at their word. In actuality, they hadn't been prepped, they were handed to me at 6:28pm with a smile but made me late for the meeting they were for. If it was for me to take home, it wouldn't have been that big of a deal I can be patient. But for the fact that I needed them to be picked up at 6:00pm and weren't ready until 6:28pm, I would not order again. Timed orders should be prioritized.
Pizza is good, but arrive is never good. Nothing is ever ready when it says to pick up and on multiple occasions the order has been wrong.
I live in Harrison less than 10 minutes away from the location. I’ve seen the cars for delivery delivered past where I live but they won’t deliver to me because I am on the Indiana side of Harrison. I literally live in Harrison. Fix this issue. It’s not fair at all. All the other pizza places deliver here no problem. Why is Papa John’s excluding people on the Indiana side just because it’s on the Indiana side? Makes no sense whatsoever!
Harrison Papa Johns has always been hot and fresh. We have to do pick up but haven't had any issues with the quality or food being ready.
