Papa Johns Pizza

This is bittersweet for me because I love Papa John’s so much but this place, this specific location, has never really done anything to amaze me when it comes to customer service, but I still come Back. I love it, I truly enjoy Papa Johns .… But what I don’t love is when someone promises you credit and they lose it every time. Yes this has happened multiple times at this location. Lost pizzas, ordering from the phone versus through their app. NEVER order through the phone. Do not accept credit from this location. This time around for them giving my pizza away to someone else, John felt horribly, and was VERY kind and offer me a 2 liter. I’ll take it… especially when I’m spending time waiting for a pizza that already was given away. BUT thank you John, for real time action and for being c

I’ve ordered delivery a few times recently and had no problems. My orders are correct, the pizzas are good, it arrives quickly, and the drivers are friendly. I wish it was a little cheaper, but prices are comparable to what you find elsewhere. Be sure to check the specials on their website for deals.

I was very impressed by the customer service from Nick, the cashier. My phone order was altered and he was adept at handling the situation to make sure I got my pizzas in a timely manner. This is the type of customer service that makes me feel good. When the topic of Papa John’s comes up in conversation, I will tell others about the experience I had at this location. The type of service I received goes a long way. It will give a good name to Papa John’s. Businesses reap what they sow. P.S. I liked the pizza, especially the crust.

They always put the toppings under the cheese, so the pepperoni are wet instead of crispy, and the mushroom are soggy. They have done this too many times, so I've decided not to order from them again.

The pizza is fresh but not delicious . There are few seats but not crowded . The staff is not friendly.
