Papa Johns Pizza

Terrible quality control at this location. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza well done w light sauce and cheese sticks w buffalo sauce instead of marinara.... both were wrong. This has to be the WORST attempt at a stuffed crust pizza. It was soggy, underbaked, paper thin, and definitely wasnt light sauce. I ordered thru the papajohns app instead of doordash so I can't even request a refund. Total waste of $40. 1 star is generous, I'd leave zero if possible!

Pretty bad experience. Order my food and asked that the driver hand it to me. Was left on the porch, no sticker had been placed on the box so it was slightly open with about 4 flies buzzing in and out of the box. The pizza had been smashed to one side. So your going to have door dash deliver it but you cant put a sticker on the box to seal the top? I cant stand Papa Johns anymore. Gross.

Pizza is usually pretty good. Last order was not that good, also missing a topping I ordered. Disappointed

Ever since they went to door dash to deliver items instead of their of their own drivers it has been a mess. Door dash never delivers anything correctly and the store cannot do anything about it. So as a customer you are just out your money, unless you want to spend an hour on the phone with door dash. It’s criminal. And trying to reach someone on the phone at the restaurant is impossible because the phone system is so bad it keeps hanging up on you. Terrible customer experience, every time no matter when you order.

Pizza tasted really good, and the staff was very helpful. You can never go wrong with the carry our special .
