Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered via DoorDash delivery and while it was quick, unfortunately the food tasted pretty bad. I ordered two large thin crust pizzas. Not a single taste of sauce. Felt like we were eating cardboard with cheese and veggies. The chicken boneless wings were bad too. This place used to be great during my childhood but it truly did go downhill.

On a Monday evening, I ordered two veggie pizzas via carryout. The quality and taste were significantly subpar, resembling a pizza that had been prepared and reheated long before the order was placed. It is concerning that Papa John’s can produce such a poor-quality pizza. This particular location requires immediate ownership change.

Got the order completely wrong and I have never in 20 years have eaten papa John’s tasted absolute trash quality pizza. This all started from there call center in the Philippines they got the order completely wrong. Guys papa John’s is not the same they suck now. End of story. Just spent $45 dollars for complete trash

Got a pizza ordered to my house by someone online. Called the manager next morning and told me "you're fine", and hung up with no help whatsoever. Had to file my own complaint due to this terrible service. Do not recommend their pizza either, The $40 I had to pay wasn't even worth it.

It really is a terrible franchise, guys. Ordered for pickup at 5:30pm. App said it was ready by 4:45pm for some reason. By the time I picked up pizzas at 5:15pm they were stone cold. Never again.
