Ordered a pizza from them, normally I love papa John's but this was the thinnest pizza I have ever seen in my life. Its crazy and I feel ripped off I'm comparison to past orders I have gotten from other papa John's and to the pictures. Wont be ordering from again, and I order pizza once a week. Far better pizza for the same if not lower price from Gioninos down the street.
I ordered pizzas for 20 people for a gathering after Christmas and didn’t want to break the bank. I googled Papa John’s and was happy to see one had recently opened right near me in Chagrin Falls. It was a Friday night, I ordered 6-7 pizzas, and scheduled them to be done between 5:20-5:30 (with about an hour lead time). Every pizza was done perfectly and they were all absolutely delicious. I’m also grateful they have a gluten-free crust option available so my gf family members can enjoy as well.
Just opened. I picked it for my bday dinner. They were so sweet, helped us get the best deal and even sent me bday wishes. Amazing!❤️❤️❤️
Great service. Great prices and great coupons. Their pizza just is so so. There are so many absolutely amazing pizza places around- i wouldn't waste my time with this one.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza and OMG!! The peps were so crispy and so good, and the cheese was so cheesy. Loved it. Thank you.
