Papa Johns Pizza

Ever since they started using door dashers to make deliveries instead of using their own people quality has plummeted. Food cold almost every single delivery, or turns up like this photo. I’ve tried to ignore it and let it slide thinking it might be a 1 off issue, but it has been consistent. Done ordering Papa John’s of any kind. Do better store #338.

food took an hour and was cold i even called saying i was worried it wouldnt be fresh so hoping theyd remake it since the app showed the pizza had been sitting idle for 30 min. he assured me it would still be hot and fresh. it is not and they are closed also pizza is not even done and Im pregnant which i mentioned also when i called so yeah if you want raw dough order from here also me and my husband get papa johns literally every friday back home and we’ve never had an experience like this. and it looks like from the reviews corporate needs to visit this location.If you cant make quality pizza you shouldn’t take the order

Will our door Dash in my spare time and so far every – that I have had from this Papa John's is exceptional. The wait time is never over 2 minutes which is amazing. Most of the time they have it ready to go when I get there. Great food, fast service, and awesome employees!!

It's sad to see a great pizza place at one time now handing out undercooked pizza and being RUDE about it. Was asked why didn't you take a picture. Well my phone is not glued to my face like 99% of Americans for one thing and the other thing is most experiences with other restaurants are good.i had to put the pizza back in the oven to make it eatable i have money and a home that is paid off so I'm not trying to get free food. But was treated like i was a scammer This place will go out of business at that location until they get ride of that rude lady manager. Yes he heard me correctly a manager treating a handicapped disabled veteran like that. And doordash is horrible. Note when a restaurant is in chaos they must use doordash because they can't keep help. Keep that in mind

I jus ordered a pizza tonight and added a tip but the driver was thru a diff company and they didn't get the tip. I called to talk to a manager and he hung up on me. This is the 3rd time this same guy has been rude to me personally so I can imagine how he treats others. I will be calling cooperate on Monday. He called me back jus to hang up on me once again. Very rude. I will be posting this on my social media as well......very unsafe and rude person to be in management....
