Papa Johns Pizza

Just Meh..... Either one of two things happened, they changed the recipe since I had it several years ago or my taste buds have changed because it's not as good as I remember it being. Now don't get me wrong, the liquid gold fat sauce they give you to dip the pizza in does make it taste way better, but I can't help thinking something is different about it. Maybe I ordered the wrong style?

I've had pizza from here for 8 years now and it's usually pretty good for when you don't want to pay an arm and a leg to buy local. That being said, there has been the occasional issue with no delivery drivers over the past few months. I understand that's a problem for many places right now, but things seem to have escalated when I made an online order for pickup yesterday and even though the app was updating the order as being in the oven and counting down the time until it would be prepared, I received a message that the store wasn't actually open yet. This was 11:40 am on a Wednesday. The last thing I'll mention is that the sign you can see in the attached photo was up in the store at the cash register. I was appalled and disgusted by it.

Downloaded the app to order. Pizzas look beautiful done on time. Staff was nice

I called to order asked for my wings to b fried hard. She said ok. I got these soak n wet wings. I called he said the wings are baked and was rude so I asked for my money back he said no I asked for a credit he said no. They have a call center in India answering their calls and they’re not affiliate with papa johns so be careful when ordering they don’t care

Solid service, never had any issues when I've ordered for pick-up though I've never ordered delivery from here before so that's an unknown for me.
