Papa Johns Pizza

So I paid $22 for a pizza that looks like a $5 pizza. Phone order from what sounded like China. Gave a $5 tip to driver, not her fault it was terrible. Done with papa johns. Shame because used to be one of my favorites. So if you want to eat dough with three pieces of pepperoni, some sauce, sprinkles of cheese, go for it. Paid for extra garlic butter, not there.

I see a lot of bad reviews has made me hesitant to order here but I just ordered and it arrived on time but more importantly it was hot and cooked perfect. Now I can't speak for the atmosphere cause I order delivery but the driver was friendly and well kept so that's a good sign I'd say. No music blaring when he rolled up just well dressed mannered guy. I'll definitely order again hopefully similar experience.

Avoid this location. Consistently gets orders wrong and management is disrespectful to customers. (Not me, I witnessed while I was there on a previous visit) This particular visit my order was placed in advanced online. When I arrived to pick up my order I realized it had been made incorrectly. I had to wait while it was re-made. No apology, offer to give me the pizza they made wrong, no other compensation. (My pizza was a 5 topping pizza where they made me a pizza with 2 toppings) Just took my wrong pizza....proceeded to tell someone who needed to remake it....she rolled her eyes. Then had to ask if my pizza was the one just sitting on the table alone and not in a box. To which the lady said oh I didnt know what that one was. Really? The whole point of picking up pizza on the way home

This is our go-to place for takeout pizza. It is not a dine-in kind of place. There are always online specials. I usually get the meat lovers large for only $14.99, and we earn "papa bucks" for future purchases. The pizza is great. My wife has to eat gluten-free, and even though they caution buyers about the risk of cross contamination, she has never had a problem, and it is a pretty good GF pizza.

I ordered 3 pizza’s and bread sticks. My total including tip was $72 through the call center. I paid via credit card which was approved and deducted from my account. There was however a glitch at Papa Johns that didn’t show the payment attached to my order. My only option according to the call center was to pay for my order again and to wait 3-5 days to get reimbursed for their mistake. I called the actual store hoping a manager could help straighten out the order. I was screamed at by the employee who answered and told that was my only option. I asked to speak to a manger again and she screamed again that she was hanging up on me. Top notch! I guess in 3 to 5 days I’ll be able to afford dinner.
