Papa Johns Pizza

There was a substance not sure what was in my food but was gray/brownish and gritty that was in only one area of the food. Showed them and they have no idea what it could be. They did send me another but couldn’t stomach to eat it. Yuck!!

Only received 3 out of 8 boxes on a delivery order. Called and they said they would send the rest. 1 hour later still no food. Called. Was on hold for 15mins and drove up there while still on hold. Asked for the order to be remade, waited 20mins. They never started the food. Luckily we got a refund for the trouble. This was gonna be my first time trying papa johns. Very disappointed in level of service given.

I have two stars for quick resolution of the issue after complaining Ordered two pizzas. Both were underdone. One was extremely raw. With uncooked stretchy raw dough. The local store immediately offered a replacement which I appreciate but overall this was a disappointing experience. There’s also a hair in the pizza. Didn’t see it until I started looking at this picture. Glad I didn’t eat it.

!!HEALTH HAZARD!! During a family tragedy we needed to feed allot of poeple fast so we Made an Online order for delivery for five pizzas. Three out of five had multiple LONG DARK HAIRS in them. After poeple started biting in and finding them I Immediately called at 8:40pm to try and return the pizzas and make the store aware of this disgusting issue they answered the phone with “we are completely closed” then said “all I can do is refund your money”... they seriously sounded like they didn’t care nor alarmed. This was not just disgusting but a ridiculous HEALTH HAZARD! I Only took one photo because the guy on the phone said he didn’t need the pictures and couldn’t take back the pizzas.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Papa John’s. I placed an order through their app, and it was marked as “delivered” by a driver named Mark, yet no food ever arrived at my address. I waited, checked around, and confirmed there was no delivery. Immediately after, I called the store several times to report the issue, but no one answered — not once. There was no communication, no follow-up, and absolutely no support. I was left with no food, no explanation, and no way to get help. This is completely unacceptable from a company of this size. Taking customers’ money without delivering the product, then refusing to answer calls, shows a total lack of care and responsibility. I expect a full refund and serious improvements to your customer service and delivery process
