Came in and got a warm welcome by Valerie! Her smile and customer service was exquisite, and the food was truly delicious! Super 🔥, I ate it too fast! Lol I had the catfish, yams, and mac & cheese! Highly recommend if you're seeking a southern touched meal. Definitely, coming back. This is a gem of a restaurant! 👍

I purchased five thanksgiving dinners for takeout. They gave very generous portions. They gave ham, turkey, three sides, and cornbread. It was also an excellent price. The food was worth every penny.

Husband loved the cat fish and spaghetti. Not many vegetarian options but I was completely satisfied with their sides and left full. Will be back 🤗

Great hole in the wall Soul food place. Food was was wonderful, wish the seating area was a little better so I took my food to go but I can look past that 🙂

Catfish - Well seasoned, crunchy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. Spaghetti - Noodles cooked perfectly (not mushy) but aldente; sauce was rich and flavorful without being too salty; ground meat was thick and hearty. Greens - Perfectly balanced flavors and heat; not chewy or tough. Cornbread - Perfect blend of flour and meal so as not to be to hard on the stomach; moist and fluffy. Atmosphere: Unfortunately, there was a loud mouth in the restaurant with her speaker phone turned up loud having a very loud conversation as if she were the only one there. It was unnerving. Other than that, it's a nice environment. Needless to say, this is my new dinner spot. You must try it.
