Great experience overall. Kim was friendly, attentive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. You can tell she really care about her customers. I’ll definitely be coming back !
the employee kim was the sweetest most patient with me while i was ordering, she was also making conversation so it wouldnt be so akward. overall food was amazing i give it a 10/10
Grab a pizza to go . Got back on highway for destination and pizza was under cooked. Wasn't going back on a time line. Love Papa Ginos always go when on road due to don't have one close to home was disappointed. Customer service was great.
The man working there was counting money when I got there. Money all over the counter! Never acknowledged me and then when he did I was in inconveniencing him! I ordered and he went back to counting all the money on the counter. When he was done with that, he then went back to make my sandwich! There was another employee in the back but he was just running around aimlessly! The sandwich literally fell apart when I took it out of the bag! Awful customer service.
I had Kim as my waitress she was amazing fast service and very respectful and good personality!!!
