Ordered for pickup & when I got home only 5 min drive home. My grilled vegetable wrap (grilled mushrooms, peppers, onions, & provolone cheese) was completely inedible. The grease was just completely soaked thru & into the pita wrap. Making it so I couldn't even pick it up & it was just a giant glob of greasy wet pita, w/barely any vegetables inside. Everything besides the rustic pizza was also cold. Spent 75$ on food that was cold & inedible.

I recently visited the Papa Gino’s in Kingston, MA for the first time in a few years. The place has definitely changed for the better, with modern decor and sleek hardwood floors giving it a fresh, updated feel. Since it was conveniently on my way from work, I placed an online order and was given the pickup time of 6:55 PM. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. I arrived at 7:00 PM, only to wait until 7:28 PM for my order to be ready. The question is, why not provide a more accurate pickup time? When my name was finally called, the pizzas were handed over with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. While I didn’t expect stellar customer service, the lack of basic courtesy was disappointing and reminded me why we had stopped coming here before. That said, the pizza and bread

I don't really like to complain about places, stuff happens, you sometimes don't get what you ordered, no big deal. However, (and it's my fault at this point,) this place consistently doesn't give you what you ordered. I'm complained to corporate before and that hasn't yielded any changes in the last year, so I will no longer visit this particular location. Today, I order a Cesar salad w/ double chicken and extra dressing, pay extra for both, put in bold letters "please dont forget the double chicken" in the notes section when you order, barely got any chicken and no extra dressing. I've eating these additional charges more times than I can count as i'm not wasting another half hour to go get a refund and i always leave a tip....paying extra to consistently receive the wrong order is in

Delivery. Ordered 1 large pizza. It was smaller than I remember. It was very fresh, I even talked about it. I could not get over a $16.99 pizza add on for 1/2 pepperoni for another $3.00, that was ok, but $4.99 for delivery too much!! Then a tip on top . This one pizza cost me $29.99! Seriously????!! I was in a bind and could only do delivery. Pressed for time, not able to prepare my own meal or pick up. I will never! get delivery again.! The kicker is, understand gas, wear and tear on car-I live within five minutes and about 2.5 miles away. So unexceptionable. I know the driver doesn’t get the delivery fee, so he needs a tip. The pizza was not a unique$30.00 pizza by any means. Sorry Papa!

The pizza I received tasted horrible and weirdly like B.O. I don’t know what incompetent cook is running this place, but their permanence at this franchise should seriously be looked into, as the food i received tasted worse than sewage waste from Queens. I got my pizza, I took one bite, and reconsidered what is legitimately edible about the ingredients.
