Ordered food to go and was ready on time. Resturant is decorated nicely with a good atmosphere. It was my first time having the lamb Kadu Palow and would definitely order again, pumpkin and lamb were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The mashawa soup was delicious and could tell it was fresh by the lentils not being soggy 🙌🏼 this place made a great first impression

Patron of this establishment for 10+years. Have ordered large catering takeout many times for family events and it’s delicious food. Lamb chops, chicken, and all the appetizers, and sauces/dips are wonderful. Beautifully decorated restaurant inside and kind staff- can get too busy and understaffed at times, but always worth the wait, as the food feels like it is cooked with love. We have introduced many people to Afghan cuisine and they are always appreciative and think it is delicious.

First time in the area and first time eating Afghani food. Absolutely amazing. I ordered food that I had no clue what it was and everything was delicious. One of my favorite experiences.

We love dining at Panjshir. The food is always delicious. Esmat is a wonderful host and the waitstaff are all very nice and efficient. All the appetizers and entrees we have tried are so tasty. I got firnee for dessert tonight. It reminded me of junket, a pudding type dessert, that my Mom made when I was a kid. Yum!

We had a lovely dinner. The food was delicious. I was amazed at the range and variety of dishes to choose from. The vibe is warm and welcoming in the Afghan tradition. The owner stopped by our table to ensure we were satisfied with the food and service. Panjshir is a reflection of Afghan hospitality.
