Panera Bread

Ordered drive-through on the website. I pull up to the drive-through and they don’t have my order. Apparently it was pushed to rapid pick up, which I didn’t even know existed because I have never been there. When I clicked on order drive-through, I assumed it would be through the drive-through. After handing me my food, they made me go in just to make my own hot tea after being very rude and condescending at the drive-through. I then go to start eating my food and my soup has leaked everywhere because they didn’t even put the lid on all the way.

I have ordered from here three times recently. Twice in person, once on DoorDash. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Whether early in the day or late at night, they do not have the bread bowl. But rather than contacting me to ask for changes, all they do is stick a baguette in there and hand me the order without the bowl. At the drive thru too!! When I’m right there! NEVER go to this Panera, they literally could not care less about their jobs or customers. I can’t even eat your stupid baguettes because they’re hard as rocks. I will never visit the establishment again.

It is exactly what you would expect from a Panera Bread these days. The food is good, hot and fresh. There are not enough staff. They try and remedy this, by having a place orders online, or on their kiosks. For those of us who are not fans of this method, it is lacking.

Time for a tasty Turkey BLT with Avocado. I added Thai Soup and a Brownie. The ingredients were fresh, although my soup could have been warmer and both sides of my sandwich needed mayo. When you think of the price it was average $$ with plenty of parking between 1 -2 PM. and the staff was efficient with a warm environment. A good place to stop and they even have drive through!

1 hour wait for 4 bowls of soup and a sandwich. Order was placed online, immediately given a 45min wait time "due to the size of the order". Pickup time came and went, order board showed the sandwich 8min overdue. Not from initial order time, from scheduled pickup time. They were not that busy. No reason someone should have to wait that long.
