Panera Bread

I'm done with giving this location a chance after my latest bad experience. I haven't order from them in months after my last order was wrong (wrong bread used on sandwich, missing ingredients, missing items from my order). Decided to try again today and order the Steak & Wake breakfast sandwich. Uploaded two photos, one for what I got and one for what the sandwich looks like on their website and one for what I actually got. I've ordered this before from the location near me in VA and this is easily half the meat or less than what it should be. What a ripoff for $8.

You should know this location is primarily set up for To-Go orders. There is very limited seating and you have to order using kiosks and charge cards. I went at lunch time and it was very busy with numerous food delivery drivers and customers waiting for the orders to be ready. I’m not sure if it was the norm or an anomaly, but the service was quite slow. I ordered a soup & sandwich combo. The sandwich had Italian oil as an ingredient and they used A Lot of it! Like an aggressive amount of it. It was probably the messiest sandwich I’ve ever eaten, but I have to say it tasted really good! 😄 The broccoli cheese soup was good too. So in conclusion, if you have time to wait and intend to take your order to go, I’d recommend this location. If you’re looking for a quiet sit down spot, I’d try on

I’ve noticed a consistent issue at this Panera location that’s honestly disappointing. I often pay extra for double portion. Whether it’s extra chicken, cheese, or dressing keepin mind, I order the same thing each time, a Caesar salad . It seems that whenever I use one of Panera’s own promotional offers or discount codes, the portions seem noticeably smaller. It’s almost like they make up for the discount by shortchanging the order. This isn’t a one-time mistake. It’s happened multiple times, and at this point, it feels intentional. If you’re going to offer discounts as a company, customers shouldn’t be penalized for using them. I’m paying for extra, and I expect to receive what I paid for discount or not. Panera, I love your food and convenience, but this practice feels shady. Please do

Beautiful Panera Bread location. Extremely clean and aesthically pleasing. The team members were very friendly and the restaurant had such a good vibe to it. I absolutely love their new Pomegranate Tea- you have to try it!

I’ve eaten at many Panera’s and have always enjoyed them but this visit was an “experience” I will never forget. There was no one to take your order so you had to use the kiosk. I do not like ordering from kiosks, yes, I’m older but I do not want to give up that personal interaction. The kiosk was so wobbly that I had to steady it with my other hand. I ordered the “you pick 2” with a ½ smokehouse BBQ sandwich, a ½ Caesar salad with chicken and a French baguette ($14.57) with iced tea ($3.79). My wife ordered the ½ smokehouse BBQ sandwich, 1/2 Greek salad with chicken and an apple, they were out of Kalamata olives ($14.57).
