Panera Bread

I Am a Muslim and I ate Pork. Thanks to #Panera garrisonville stafford Virginia . So I ordered salad the first day. I mentioned and took out pork from ingredients I still got served with them, threw them in trash went to bed hungry that night I requested a refund which they did quickly with Panera credit which $15 two different which couldn’t be applied at same time in one order so next day I ordered salad again and even last night talked to customer services about it through email so I ordered two different order because credit scheme they gave me two separate $15 credit which I paid 3 to $6 extra on each order and same I took out ingredients mention not to put pork they again sent me salad with pork , well trash again emailed again this time I got around $40 credit one $5 one $15 and on

I ordered through the app to eat there, and everything was ready when I arrived! Really well done at this location.

Very clean and comfortable after a long drive. We mentioned to the manager Alex that the soup was not very hot and he was extremely attentive and wanted to make it right. It was refreshing to meet a manager so caring and courteous. This is definitely our go to stop from now on.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. We ordered a total of eight sandwiches, and three of them were incorrect. To make matters worse, we had to open each one to identify them. I usually visit Panera about twice a week and have come to expect quality service, but this visit was a major letdown. Since I was passing through the area and not near my usual location, I didn’t think to check the order before leaving because Panera has always gotten my orders right in the past. To add to the frustration, the bagel I ordered wasn’t toasted and was just tossed in the bag with the condiments. I had to return and request it to be toasted. This experience has left me reconsidering my choice of dining options when I’m away from my regular locations. I hope this feedback helps improv

Overall, a nice a place and sufficient space .proper for the area. No utensils available at the self service tables. Bathrooms need some cleaning.
