Panera Bread

Really enjoyed having lunch there! The staff were so friendly on December 12. The sandwiches are nicely toasted and fresh! Love the broccoli cheddar soup. Great dark coffee too :) I don't know why I don't come here more often.

I ordered a rapid pickup from Panera for lunch for a friend and myself. We come to Panera often and usually have a great experience, so this was pretty disappointing. Both of the paper bags our order was packed in were extremely thin and ended up ripping as soon as I got out of the car. My bag completely broke and my chicken noodle soup, baguette, and sandwich all fell onto the driveway. The soup spilled everywhere, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat the soup or the bread at all. I was literally picking noodles up from under my tire trying to clean up what I could. My friend’s bag also ripped, although thankfully none of her food was ruined. It was just frustrating because the issue could have easily been avoided with sturdier bags, especially when carrying soup. We really enjoy Panera

Compared to all other Panera bread stores, here I feel like less quantity for a bowl size soup. Almost same quantity for cup and bowl.

ZYE was busy replenishing items and stopped to take my order. Love the great autumn squash soup, usually a fall seasonal favorite but still here in mid January. I ask for double pumpkin seeds and sub apple for the baguette Great ice tea refills here with a few versions, unsweet tea, lightly sweetened green. There are three tea versions behind the order counter. Update 12/18/25. RACHEL went above and beyond today at busy lunchtime. I can in with my very busy grandson and accidentally orders an additional bowl of soup. No problem RACHEL Took care of it by taking my card and had it delivered to my table. Thank you! What happened to this place? I ordered a bagel. 15 minutes later it was marked as ready. It was not. Then they gave me attitude about needing it to go. Funny thing? There was no one else there. And the last time I was here they had the bottom half of our sandwiches swapped. This place used to be wonderful.
