Panera Bread

A clean location with good, fresh food. This is based on two separate visits using the Panera app and Rapid Pick Up. Both orders were done on time and all my customizations were honored. I found both orders to have used fresh vegetables, with an ample amount of ingredients. The bread was fresh. My dietary restrictions driven customizations were all accurate on all orders. There was a stand out customer service moment when I was called by the store to confirm a duplicate order I placed. The employee was courteous and efficient. I use Panera across the US and have never had a store call to confirm this. I’ve often just had the second duplicate order not prepared as they assumed it was an error. The location is clean and well laid out both inside and on the patio. The staff is friendly

Nice place! We had not been to any panera in years. I got the chili, but it came with no toppings which i believe it used to, at least in PA where we live. My hubby lived his Italiano sandwich. I loved their fireplace!

Good food everytime we go. Grilled cheese is fluffy and cheesy goodness. Cinnamon crunch bagel is my favorite. Sign up for a Panera membership to get great deals for new members.

This place came up as a drive through but can go in for sit down. Enjoyed tea and fire place. Good service and friendly staff. Convenient location. Only had tea. Did not try food.

App never alerted that order was ready by the time I checked it was cold. Then open the bag and find there is no bread supposed to be 4 pca with the family meal we ordered.
