Panera Bread

We usually go for the chicken wild rice soup. My wife gets the 7.00 overpriced smoothie. I signed up for the sips club because I was spending money at Wawa everyday for coffee. Too bad I never tasted their coffee before signing up. Prob the worse coffee I ever tasted. They don’t have any real creamer. Today I waited 17 mins for a cup of coffee in the drive thru only 2 cars in front of me. Drive thru always moves so slow. Love the bread bowls and BBQ chicken sandwiches. Also be tuna salad is good just slow service.

What is going on? Order 2 chicken noodle soups with pick 2. Came home and both were nothing but broth. I was so pissed. Very frustrating that this is what we got and paid for. My tuna sandwich was the smallest flat half I've ever seen. Over $40 for food, Totally disappointing. And nothing will change. Be Better!!!

Terrible quality and customer service. Just go to Wawa, where making avocado toast isn't as difficult for their employees. Edit: they did it again! I am recommending everyone I know to not visit this Panera EVER. Consistent Employee Incompetence = Management Incompetence

We always seem to have some issues from Panera, however this time was just absurd. I get mistakes, or failing to give a product that was paid for. Accidents happen, but I ordered there Tomato BLT sandwich and the gave me One Small Piece of Bacon on each half. You made me pay close to $10 for bread lettuce and tomato. It's disgusting how cheap this company can be, while raising their prices for overpriced soup. Will not be going back!

So things have changed since the original post. First, the nice touch of staff bringing your food to your table is gone. Next, you're encouraged to order at a kiosk. If you have questions or want to pay cash, someone will eventually show up at the counter. She seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. Hopefully, they'll get your order right, as they didn't get mine. Realizing we haven't been here in awhile, the inside seems tired and worn. Nothing has been refreshed since before the pandemic. The one plus I can offer is the food is still very good. Prices have gone up, but still worth trying again. Had a nice dinner supporting a local high school's fundraiser. Panera is very supportive with those types of things! We all had pick-twos. Sorry the pictures were half eaten French onion sou
