Panera Bread

WORST PANERA ever!!! order sandwich was suppose to have heavy greens had maybe 3 strands! I asked for more MCKENZIE threw it on there. I then asked why there dressing was that was suppose to be on it she attempts to open container then starts pouring over my hand I just said here I’ll do it! She then continued to glare at me and talk about me the whole time we were eating When i asked her name to talk to manager she said it’s MCKENIZE don’t forget it! Horrible management that allows these KIDS to treat customers this way!

Ordered a cookie that was completely burnt. They gave me a new one, and this was what they considered “not burnt.” The employee said this was their standard. Panera has definitely gone downhill.

This was an excellent place to stop for lunch on a road trip! Just like any Panera, the food was excellent. We didn’t have to wait long for our order to come and it was a great experience.

Nice Panera Bread with a good staff. I had a reward that was a bit hard to figure out but the manager did his best to make sure I got it. I had the Toasted Frontega Chicken which was delicious. Wife had Southwestern Chicken and a cup of Creamy Tomato Soup. Which was solid as usual.

Overall it’s a decent place to eat. The tomato soup is creamy and warm, but the warm bowl are made with frozen products and you can feel that. The avocado wasn’t defrosted enough to be eaten. It’s good that they still have vegetarian options.
