Panera Bread

I would like to thank all the employees that came in to work to serve those (including myself ) during this winter storm. I am very, very grateful 🙏🏾to you all for doing a great job and with warm welcoming smile. I want to thank the manger for having a professional and successful team at the Ramsey location 5***** for everyone. Your customer service was top tier and I haven't recieved that in over a year kudos to you 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾.

Service was good and food was ok. Prices up but not the quality of food. A bowl of onion soup was more like a full cup rather than a full bowl, minimal amount of cheese. Cheesesteak sandwich was small.

Top to bottom… I had a great experience at this Panera. The guy at the register, Hugo, was so helpful and attentive in the best way. He helped me understand the menu, and when I ordered hot tea, he made sure that not only there was water available but that it was hot enough. This is super impactful to me because usually when I go to Panera, the water is warm or it’s completely gone. Just something I’ve come to expect at Panera’s. The place is also clean and tidy, including the bathroom. I did go on a weeknight, so not sure if that factored in. Food was prepped very quickly - I got a half sandwich and a cup of soup. Super pleasant experience, and honestly a huge shout out to Hugo, because he really went above and beyond for a positive customer experience.

Panera hardly seems like fast food. Whether it is one of their signature chicken sandwiches, or my favorite the grill cheese combo, it always feels like a healthy alternative to traditional fast food. Bakery items always seem fresh regardless of if it is pastry or bagel in the morning. Smoothies and their flavored iced teas are refreshingly good.

I like Panera a lot, I’ve been going for a very long time always been happy. Food has been good. Service has been great today. I stopped in and I purchased a cup of chili. I was totally disappointed that they could pass off a little side container as a cup of chili for seven dollars shame on them.I will continue to go to Panera however I won’t be buying a small chili or soup anytime soon.
