Panera Bread

This location seems to be consistently struggling with the little things. I suggest not ordering delivery at all. I've been visiting this one a lot recently here are some helpful tips. Croutons aren't being sent out with soups, if you want utensils or napkins- check your bag before you pull away from the drive thru because they haven't been added when ordered, make sure that you get the right drink size and that your entire order is in the bag. With that being said, these guys seem to be working hard and if you let them know you're missing anything they're very nice and helpful to get you what you need. The food is good and the restaurant looks clean. I'm just kind of sad I've paid for probably about $20 worth of food/drinks lately that I'm never getting back. Hopefully it improves. I'

Went to the drive-through to order a salad and creamy tomato soup for my niece who is sick today. As she was eating, she discovered a wood chip in her soup. Although the manager was kind and reimbursed me, she feels like it may have come from packaging. Be careful with the soup. Look through before you start eating. Otherwise the service was great.

I had an outstanding experience at Panera Bread. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every guest felt welcomed. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It’s refreshing to visit a place where the employees take pride in their work and treat customers with such care. Panera Bread has definitely earned my five stars for excellent service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I’ll absolutely be returning.

There is absolutely no problem with taste and hygiene, but when you order a small piece of the inside of the bread and fill it with a spoonful of soup, it does not look like this in the photos. It does not look like the inside of the bread in the photo, but you can easily take a few spoonfuls of soup.

Coming to this location in the evenings after work is such a mistake. In the morning & lunchtime - they are fully stocked with everything they need and your meal will be amazing. At night? Not so much. They run out of popular items and make due… They really need to stop substituting things when they run out of originals without letting the customers know. This is the third time I’ve ordered from this store. And all three times, the staff substitutes the bread on the Bacon Turkey Bravo. Instead of Tomato Basil bread, I get something else that’s totally different in flavor & texture. I end up eating the ingredients without the bread. Then I notice how thin the tomato slices are & how it’s not really applewood smoked bacon being used. Instead of aged white cheddar, they use Swiss. Th
