Panera Bread — Comfort in a Bowl 🍞🥣 Stopped by my local Panera Bread today and it honestly hit the spot. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup in a large bowl creamy, cheesy, and perfectly warm for the weather. My friend went with the chicken noodle soup classic, hearty, and full of flavor. What I love about Panera is how every dish comes with your choice of a side chips, bread, or an apple. I went with the fresh baguette, and it was the perfect dipper for that rich soup. The natural lighting in the café made it even cozier; it’s such a peaceful spot to unwind, catch up, or get a little work done. Definitely one of my go to comfort food places when I want something simple but satisfying. 🥰 #ciciamoreats

**WARNING. THERE ARE ROACHES AT THIS LOCATION** So I ordered the grilled cheese. For some reason they made my grilled cheese with the end piece of the loaf of bread. I took photos of it. It taste disgusting stale hard so I drove back to tell them I wanted a new sandwich and the woman laughed in my face told me to throw it out because we don’t “take returns” and says to one of the women also working there with her can you please make a new grilled cheese and the woman’s like “I DONT WANT TOO” in a loud baby voice. I watched them pull the pieces of bread off the shelf and put it on the counter and leave it there for five minutes. Finally the woman comes back up to me and says it’s gonna be a few minutes. They’re gonna make you a new grilled cheese. 10 minutes go by and still my bread is sit

I love this Panera Bread and I’ve ordered from here so many times. Honorable mention to their General Manager Brian who was extremely kind and patient regarding taking care of me and my friends order. The place was clean and well taken care of. The fireplace really brings a beautiful ambience to the place, overall enhancing the comfort of the restaurant. Definitely would return and bring more friends. This is one of the best Panera Bread locations I’ve visited. The food was incredibly fresh, and the customer service was excellent—friendly, efficient, and attentive. I’ll definitely will be coming back!

I visited this location on a Sunday. I usually go to another location, but I was closer to this one at the time. When I arrived, there was no one at the register. I did not want to order from the kiosk because I had a coupon to redeem. A staff member appeared a few minutes later, so I placed my order and showed them my twenty five percent off coupon. They stated that the coupon was applied, but it was not reflected anywhere on the receipt. I returned to the staff member and pointed this out, but no adjustment or resolution was offered. It took approximately thirty minutes for my order to be ready. Seating was very limited, and it took some time before I was able to find a table.
