Panera Bread

It is no hidden fact, that Panera bread is extremely expensive. Sure, they have their competition here in town; they are also expensive. However, the staff in and of itself at this location, is truly poor. Poor Customer Service, poor training, poor sanitation, and overall makes your experience negative. I view this location as a simple coffee spot to do a business meeting, studying or maybe a Bible study. That’s what we’ve used it for multiple times on the inside; however, their drive-through is absolutely dreadful. One of the longest weights of any fast food place you will ever visit. Overall, the food quality is consistent and their coffee selection is diverse. The quality of said items items varies. Drive thru is usually pretty fast here. I don't know how they make the container for the soups, but it keeps it piping hot until I get home. I kind of forget about Panera as a dining option but need to remember more. I feel like the Pick 2 is a pretty good deal.

Frustrating!! Expensive and seems the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Facilities are Clean & Food tastes fine as expected. We spent 39$ on two meals - each was a bread bowl with 1/2 sandwhich. I would say Avoid the bread bowls they barely give you a scoop of soup. :( As for us - We will probably limit our visits in the future.

Always have great service at this location. And it’s standard Panera food (great quality). I enjoy a large coffee (coffee club) and a pecan braid. The sandwiches and soups never disappoint. And I’ve never had a baked good I don’t like. Restrooms and facilities are always cleaned and well maintained. The tables are cleaned quickly. The Wifi is always working, too. This is a good location for meetings. Ample seating and ample parking. The staff is always very helpful. I will definitely return.

Service isn't that great. I ordered through the app but still had to wait for just a cup to get a drink. Also portion sizes are not what they used to be. The meal sizes are tiny and it's more expensive. Not as many selections of bagels. The cinnamon bagel for example, isn't has crunchy as it once was.
