Panera Bread

We waited in a long line only to realize they do not take your order at the counter. There are zero signs where to stand, how to order, and how where to order? We were expected to use a self serve computer and pay with card but wanted to pay cash as we are from Canada. Eventually we had someone help us at the cash. Put up signs please! We have been to various pit stop stations but usually the self order is an OPTION not the ONLY way.

Ordered a green goddess salad with extra dressing. I got the salad with zero dressing at all. Didn’t realize until I got back outside and in my truck.

Came to the counter at 07:55pm and waited to be serviced. No one serviced me at all. I had to yell over the counter to get serviced at 07:59 pm. The young girl answered me and asked her boss (which looked like a tall little boy), can we still serve him. Her boss told her that it was now 08:00 pm and we're closed. Im from NC and that kid would've been fired on the spot. I WILL NEVER stop here EVER again! How rude!

If I could give zero stars I would. What awful customer service. They forgot an item on my order then had me wait 15min for the item all while ignoring me as I asked for some urgency because I have an 8hr drive ahead with kids. I understand they are busy but its literally grabbing 1 item. I watched them pack and sort 4 complete orders and still had not gotten to me. Simply awful.
