Panera Bread

This is my go to place for soups, is definitely on my top 5 for delicious and nutritious soups. This Panera us definitely perfect for any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. I usually get the soup on a bread bowl, and my favorite is Broccoli cheddar soup. Their sandwiches and flatbread pizzas are awesome too! If getting a bagel, try it with the walnut cream cheese, yum! Customer service is great, and very fast with the order. There is plenty of seating but I would not recommend it for meetings, it could get loud with so many people around. ***There is plenty of parking space.

Really disappointed in my experience today. I was literally the ONLY customer in the store. I ordered a half salad and a sandwich. The sandwich was literally a hot mess. Everything was chopped small? Which I’ve never experienced before with this sandwich. The whole thing fell apart. It’s not like the person making it was in a rush. Again I was the only person in the store. $18 not well spent.

I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich and am highly disappointed! I advise everyone that goes here, Norwalk CT location, to double check their order. This is the 2nd time my order was incorrect but this recent sandwich order was by far horrible. There's no chicken in it. The audacity to even think this was ok to give to a customer is beyond me. The only thing I omitted on my order was the cheese. I'm not going back.

Fantastic food. Good environment and friendly staff

I’ve been a longtime fan of Panera Bread, but the Norwalk location has been a big disappointment. After a few bad experiences, I’ve decided not to go back. The quality feels like it has completely dropped off a cliff. The bread—once Panera’s signature and most important item—now tastes cheap and bland. When the bread itself loses its quality, the whole experience falls apart. Unfortunately, this location no longer lives up to what Panera used to stand for.
