Panera Bread

I ordered food via Uber eats . And. The food came with potential safety hazard. I never knew Panera bread offered this bad service. Absolutely disgusting.i ordered two soup with French bread. And it looks like they just threw the bread in the brown bag. Absolutely disgraceful . It’s a question for the team Panera- will you eat food if it’s deliver in this condition?

This Panera Bread location is like no other because the staff are all Rutgers University students. They are friendly, helpful and make up for the lack of experience with their enthusiasm and humor. The food quality is good and service is generally quick except when the school is in session, which is pretty much only when this location is open!

worst experience. let’s just say i walked in when the sun was up, and didn’t eat till the sun was down. i was waiting for more than 30 minutes from a kiosk order SOUP. THESE WORKERS R HELLA CONFUSED, SLOW, AND INCAPABLE. i actually feel bad for them seriously. i asked them im still waiting for my food after 29 minutes and she whispered that they are very backed up. turns out someone stole my order. never coming back…

For the most part, I’ve never had a problem with the College Ave Panera until recently. I actually really enjoyed hanging out here, usually in the morning. One day, I got coffee at 6pm on a Monday and the staff was rude and dismissive when I nicely informed her that there was no more milk in the pitchers. I brought it to the counter to ask for it to be filled and she had AirPods in said to me, why would you bring it here, put it back. I love the morning staff and this is my first impression of other staff members and it’s quite the contrary. Hopefully other people had better service experiences than me.

I don’t even know where to begin. Today, Panera didn’t just ruin my meal—they ruined my day, my trust, and almost my life. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, without chicken, because I’m vegetarian and, more importantly, severely allergic to chicken. Seems simple, right? Apparently not. The first time, they gave it to me with chicken. I tried to be understanding—mistakes happen. I politely gave it back. But instead of fixing it, they gave me an entirely different sandwich, some cilantro monstrosity with someone else’s mac and cheese on the side. They confused me for a completely different person, Sammy, just because we’re both Indian. I guess to Panera, all Indians are interchangeable. That moment hurt more than I can explain.
