Panera Bread

This location is completely abysmal. From the staff being slow and inconsiderate, the state of the restaurant in disarray and unkept every time we have gone, but this last time will be the last time. There were bugs in my soup. I called the store to inform them and request a refund but couldn’t speak to someone in English so I bypassed and called the health dept.

I waited at the drive thru speaker for over 25 minutes. Only 1 car in front of me and the kid has told me “Just hold on” twice now. Not even an apology or any sort of explanation. Once you’re in line you can’t even get out and leave because of the curbs and structures around it. Worst Panera EVER, can’t believe they are even still in business considering they take about 2-3 orders per hour! How can anyone really be THIS incompetent? Waited over 35 minutes in line total to not even order bc who would trust their food making capabilities at this point???

First time I’ve been to a Panera Bread and it will be the last. Over priced, small portions and terribly unclean dining room.

It was pretty good. It had a big open area and not a lot of people. They people taking our order was really nice. The food is a little more than others but that is because they give you a lot of food. This place was great and my only concern is how big the sandwiched are. But the solution to them is press down on the sandwiches. Other than that I think this is a good place to eat. That’s why I give this place 4 stars!

Jmhyla…… single handily saved us from not ever going back here. Last time we came it was a disaster we vowed we would not be back. Tonight we decided to try again( we had a gift card ) lol The cashier was pleasant and helpful and cheerful. Yayyyyy Panera. She was awesome !!!!! Thank you young lady. You made our day. 10/10 go see her today!!!
