Panera Bread

Great place, clean and friendly. The manager TK is so awesome. He is what a manager should be, approachable and willing to work with the team and make things right for the customer. Good fresh food as well!!

It's a Panera. Grossly overpriced but the sandwich was good. The Mac and cheese was nice. Service was excellent and friendly. Manager came out and chatted with us. Store was clean and orderly. Should be all those things given the ridiculous price. Food was good for fast food.

I recently visited Panera in Lorton, VA. I stopped before the autotrain to Sanford Florida. The manager TK Flores-Marquez was exceptional. I observed him cleaning tables and engaging with customers. He was stopping by tables and basically attending to their every need. My personal experience was over the top customer service. The food was good and the environment was very clean. TK was a stand out.. fan favorite amongst the coworkers and the customers. Please recognize him and his store for excellence!

First off Francis was very welcoming at the counter. We are traveling from TN to DC. He welcomed us with a friendly conversation! The food was very tasty! Great experience!

This Panera is the best Panera!!!! Very clean staff is exceptional very friendly and customer driven. The food was delicious. This was our quick stop for a satisfying lunch before boarding the auto train. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
