Panera Bread

Panera bread. What can I say except it's gone downhill very quickly in the past year or so. Every time I eat there, which is becoming less and less, I'm more disappointed each time. This has nothing to do with the service the staff is always helpful and friendly. Most times the seating areas and bathrooms are clean. This is just a comment on the food quality. It's really gone downhill. At this point you're better off going to McDonald's for less money and it's going to honestly be better.

Pulled up at around 8PM (2 hours before closing) with my boyfriend. He ordered a “pick two” which is a sandwich, soup, and a side. I ordered a chicken caesar salad. Paid $27!! We get home and open the bag. They didn’t give us his soup! On top of that, his sandwich looks like a toddler made it and it was so small! I of course try calling this place to see if we can go back and pick up the soup they missed. No response! I called 5 times! The cherry on top was my salad. Pre packaged and tasted store bought. I should’ve gone to market basket instead and gotten it for 10 bucks cheaper! How does stuff like this happen when you have no customers? Never coming back to this place.

Ordered a “pick two” which was a sandwich, soup, and a side. Came home to discover i didn’t get my soup??!! Just the smallest sandwich i have EVER seen, and a stale piece of bread. I am sitting here soupless. I then proceeded to try calling the store 5 TIMES!! No reply! Will never be returning. May I just add, it was 8 PM and I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. If you want a soup and sandwich, do not come here.. just make it yourself.

We had a wonderful 2 combo. The food was so fresh and hot! The autumn soup is different than before; a little less spicy but very thick when we had it! We ate outside : it was such a hot day! Great food!

I just bought a sandwich at the drive-thru. I checked the label to see if it was what I had ordered. Everything was fine, and I went home. When I opened it, I saw that it wasn't my order. Even though it said it was mine on the outside, another one came in its place, and it definitely isn't my taste.
