Panera Bread

Had "pick two" squash soup and cibatta cheesesteak. 1 - nowhere close to my name. Soup was sugar sweet and left aftertaste. 2- cibatta bread was liberally slathered with some type of sweet spread. I'm disappointed. I wanted a warm sandwich and a bowl of good soup. What I got, was a sweetened sloppy mess that masked the flavors of the food. This is why it's been 2+ years since I ate here last. As for atmosphere, the food debris and paper trash on the floor did nothing to enhance the atmosphere.

Coffee and cinnamon roll was excellent. Thank you. The Saturday morning coffee club is knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a horrible customer service experience. The manager and cashier (I believe their names were “Olivia” and “Spencer”). I do not like to place blame but they were both incredibly rude. I got bread and they refused to cut it for me. Then they rudely threw the bread at me and didn’t even bother to give me a bag. I was met with HORRIBLE customer service.

I came to eat with my family and this place is astonishingly disgusting, even behind the "window" into the kitchen you can see how neglected this place is. "Olivia" and "spencer" have the worst attitudes ive seen for so called management. They act like they've had no training or clue how to run a business. This place deserves a 3.5 at most. I will be sticking to my usual Alabama panera where the GM actually has some sense about her. This place needs a reset or to just be shut down what a disgrace.

Picked up a couple uncooked bagels this morning. I also asked for them to be sliced and toasted, they were raw, and so much for the cinnamon crunch on the top. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Didn’t see this until I made it all the way home.
